  3. You MUST also install Visual Basic Runtimefiles "Service Pack 3"
  4. in order to get CD Box Labeler 98 to work or else will you get
  5. errors like "unexpected error" or the installation will fail
  6.  
  7. The runtime files can be found on my homesite at

  15. If you have NOT installed the runtime files, quit
  16. this installation first and install the runtime-
  17. files first or some components may not be correctly
  18. installed.

  22. IF YOU ARE UNSURE IF YOU NEED THESE RUNTIME FILES
  23. INSTALL THEM ANYWAY.

  26. NOTE! If you get any errors like 
  27. "can't write to msvcrt40.dll" or something like can't
  28. write to ..... Then you probably have a program running
  29. in the backround, be sure to CLOSE all programs before
  30. installing (like ICQ, Antivirus program.. or any other
  31. program that can use these files).
